    In my personal opinion, the nationwide sales Representatives David and Josh are unprofessional and unreliable. I stopped in and requested a quote for home owners insurance on 2/8/17 , since I had auto insurance thru them. I Told Josh I would like coverage asap. Josh said he need photo and he would come out. On 2/10/17 he still hasn't came out for the photos. I called and volunteered to email him the photos to speed things up, which I did. 2/17/17 still no quote from Josh so I called. I spoke to his father David, only to find out he was out because his wife had a baby on Monday. He said the baby wasn't due til Wednesday and he knew nothing about my quote, but he would check on it. David called back said he was waiting on the photos from josh. 2/23/17 no word from either of them, so I called again to find out nationwide wouldn't cover the house. 15 days was ridiculous regardless of the baby. He had ample time to make arrangements for his customers. I called state farm in 2 hrs I had a quote, and in under 24 hrs I had coverage on the truck and house. Nationwide was charging me $143.60 for 3 months for liability only. State farm charged me $98 for 3 months for full coverage. $100 comp $250 collision deductible. Ex nationwide customer.

    This was our first year not going the DIY route with our taxes. Jessica made everything so easy and asked the right questions to make sure we got every deduction we had coming to us. We'll definitely be coming back for next year's taxes.

    Anybody have the newspaper articles of Joshua Detter was forced to resign or be fired from both jobs as Morrow County Probation officer and Mount Gilead police officer for furnishing supplying alcohol and drugs to minor teenager girls ages 14 up to 19 years old one article stating he needed an court appointed attorney which was Earl Desmond. I'd truly appreciate it and send it to me or post it to me. Thank you for anybody's time doing so
